Foundry Bean Global work system is a manufacturing solution that allows you to create manufacture orders, work orders, routings, bills of materials, work centers and more for the manufacturing jobs.

Routing

Manufacturing Orders are automatically created from the sales order line. Before a work order is created for a finished item, routing needs to be defined with the list of operations and quantity needed for each component to process sequentially until the finished product is received.

Work Centers

The work center is used in the operation or the manual resource that is being used to perform a specific task. If the work center is a machine or a piece of equipment, the system will need to know information about that work center, such as the capacity of the item. The information about setup and breakdown times need to be established for each work center, so the correct time is allocated to the overall estimated duration for the shop order.

Work Order

Foundry Bean automatically creates the work orders from manufacturing order based on bill of material and routing defined . Work orders need to be started and completed to determine the cost involved and close the work order.
