Foundry Bean Account receivables enables organization to automatically generate and send reminders after the payment is due. You can define dunning process and sequence, edit dunning messages using templates and decide when and which customers to send.

You can create different dunning processes for different customers as per your company policies and optionally assign the dunning process, collector to the customer. All the communications of dunning notices are easily accessible anytime, anywhere and stored for each customer for future reference.

Dunning Templates

Dunning Templates can easily be customized by the end user and needs to be changed before you generate and send the notification. Different templates can be created to send in different frequencies for each dunning step.

Complete Visibility of outstanding balances

Collectors have complete visibility of each dunning letter sent to the customer with invoice details and can easily identify whether the dunning is sent for a particular invoice. Dunning notices can also run for a single customer anytime.

Summary and detail aging

The dashboard shows the details of aging for each aging bucket. You can drilldown data based on aging bucket.

Aging insight

Aging Insight gives visibility to summary and detail aging of overdue payments for all customers. You can drilldown to detail invoices from this dashboard. You have the ability to see and analyze all the payments of the customer.
