Foundry Bean Self Service will reduce the burden of entering data by power users and give employees ability to create their own expense reports, purchase requisitions, time-off and submitting time sheet, edit, upload and changes to personal information, contacts, address, apply jobs, enter tax withhold and view pay-slip.

Expense reporting

Employees can submit expense report online including mileage for reimbursement and track the status of approval, payment.

Purchase requisition

Employees can submit Purchase requisition and track the status of approval and receipt of goods.

Personal information

Employees can update and add their personal information, address, contacts etc. and track approval, status changes online

Submitting time-off

Employees can create personal time-off and submit for approval. They can track accruals and approvals of time-off.

Submitting time-sheet

Employees can create time-sheet and submit for approval. They can view past time sheets and approvals.

Self service pay-slip

Employees can view pay-slip as it is generated in the system and all past pay-slips.
