New Billing system

Foundry Bean connects sales and billing seamlessly by collecting billing information early on during order creation. Maintains customer life cycle with all kinds of new time bound events such as change orders, co-termination, add-ons and amendments. Drives productivity and compliance with automation by automating billing process.

For shippable items

After the product shipment, when the invoicing program runs, system automatically creates the invoice based on shipment but not invoiced. All the shipment lines are clubbed together automatically to create one invoice for the customer. Alternatively invoicing program can be run after every shipment to have one invoice for each shipment.

For fulfillment items

For fulfillment items without product shipments such as professional services, training, installation, one time setup, licenses etc., fulfilled amounts needs to be entered in the system once the service is rendered. During invoicing, system automatically picks up those fulfilled lines for billing.

For service items with contract terms

System automatically creates billing schedule once the order is booked. Whether you bill monthly, quarterly, annually or one-time, financial management automatically schedule invoicing in advance so that invoices are generated automatically on time. If additional billing schedules are created based on usage or for billing, a single bill is created based on all pending bills.

For subscription items with no contract

System automatically creates billing schedule once the new subscription period starts. This is suitable for month-to-month subscription billing with no long-term contract. Billing can be for monthly, quarterly, annually or any time in the order.

For usage based recurring billing

System automatically create billing schedule once the usage data is entered. As billing is based on billing schedules , any combination of the above billing process creates single invoice.

Invoice template and print in PDF

Invoice template gives the flexibility to format the invoice print as par your choice. You can automatically email the invoice to customer or send it manually.

View Invoice in mobile device

You can view the invoice in mobile device when the invoice is sent through email. Email is automatically sent to the customer email address in the invoice.

Invoice Dashboard

Invoice Dashboard provides various KPI and analytics for multiple billing periods. Detail analysis and reporting for invoice status, invoice by customers and invoice by periods.
